Abstract:	血液製品是一種非常重要的醫療用品，常使用於外科手術當中；一旦發生短缺將會影響到病人生命的安全與健康。由於血液製品的生命週期時間短，且必須在嚴格的條件下儲存，因此其存貨控制與管理的困難度相當高。本研究從地區性捐血中心的角度切入，探討其血液製品的供應鏈特性，並進而建立一個以「經濟生產批量（Economic Production Quantity, EPQ）」理論為基礎的血液製品存貨控制模式。此模式雖屬確定性（Deterministic）模式，但考慮了血液生命週期時間短、易腐性及先進先出等特性，並推導出血液製品 This paper presents a modified EPQ (Economic Production Quantity) model for blood products.
