    Abstract: 本研究藉由改變試驗魚道之環境因子(試驗場之照度及試驗
    水濁度),探討魚道環境因子對試驗魚(粗首鱲)上溯能力之影響。
    於不同濁度上溯試驗結果發現:當試驗用水濁度為100NTU、50NTU
    及10NTU 時,對於試驗魚上溯率並沒有明顯之差異,但當試驗用水
    濁度增大至150NTU 時,對試驗魚上溯則有明顯影響;於不同照度
    上溯試驗結果發現:當試驗場環境照度等於0 時,試驗魚之上溯數
    量及上溯權重指數(MWI)都最高。當光源設置於魚道下段時,試驗魚
    上溯權重指數也有較高之情形。由研究結果發現:魚道之環境條件
