    Abstract: 駕駛員是乘客唯一接觸得到的公車業員工,因此駕駛員的工作表現,將直接影響乘客所獲得之服務品質,而駕駛員的服務行為又深受公司內、外部環境的影響。因此,本文將以連續獲得19次臺北聯營公車服務評鑑第一名的首都客運公司為研究對象,分別針對各路線公車駕駛員進行問卷調查,以瞭解駕駛員對於內、外部工作環境及服務行為所產生的認知差異,據此提出相關的實務意涵,進而可作為業者及政府鼓勵大眾運輸的政策參考。
