Abstract:	台灣地區隨著人口老化的持續增長已成為高齡化的社會，而隨其所衍生之相關於高齡者之居住安養已漸次地成為社會發展的重要課題；本研究係針對影響其發展甚劇之服務品質需求為出發，嘗試以PZB服務品質模式為基礎，藉由結合分析階層程序法（AHP）與模糊理論之模糊多準則決策（Fuzzy MCDM），建立起一將服務品質之質化問題轉換為量化評價的評估模式步驟，並將其應用於現行市場中存在最多形式之「安養中心」的評價上；透過相關問卷方式進行消費者期望與三類型案例實際表現之實證分析，以明確地將服務品質予以鑑別比較。 Taiwan has been an aging society by the elderly increasing persistently, and the problem of dwelling and the enjoying stability both physically and spiritually for the elderly is becoming a very important issue in social development.
