    Abstract: 為解決海岸敏感地區環境資訊缺乏、重要濕地及重要人文資產皆尚未劃設為適當分區、地方特色產業及觀光資源未能有效整合等問題，本研究透過現況調查，結合地理資訊系統、生態規劃法與生物多樣性分析，利用GIS空間補差工具－克利金法，以量化方式模擬環境資源分佈狀況，進行新竹縣海岸生態資源與環境敏感之區位分佈模擬，並依新竹縣海岸環境資源特性規劃海岸保護區、海岸防護區、海岸復育區及適度發展區，試圖將海岸生態保育及土地開發間之空間區位衝突減至最低。最後得到之空間分析結果，除可整合海岸土地利用潛勢及生態敏感度之資訊，提供新竹縣未
