    Abstract: 本研究首先立基在近十年主要相關文獻基礎上，進行智慧城域與創新系統之連結轉化與型
    態、以及智慧城域概念演化等之文獻解析與整理，釐清其轉化、演變、以及起源和成形的種種激
    發因素與型態，藉此提出後續研究改念與計畫，並藉此印證及闡釋智慧環境在當前的重要性、以
    及在全球創新網絡中自身的角色扮演、並且從中探討形塑產生智慧環境與治理。
