    對的聲浪,教育的品質日益受到重視,而提昇教育品質的關鍵之一是教育現場的每一位基層教師。因此,本研究旨在探討教師信念、領導風格與班級經營的關係,並以各縣市之國民中學教師為研究對象。本研究根據文獻發展出研究架構與研究假設,並據此設計出「教師信念問卷」、「領導風格問卷」、「班級經營問卷」,再以偏最小平方法(Partial Least Square)分析研究模型,探討教師信念、理想化的影響、激勵鼓舞、智能啟發、個別化的關懷、班級經營六個
