    Abstract: 組織變革是各機關組織近年來積極追求的目標。而組織內部服務品質與員工滿意度之間存在著一種因果互動關系,透過溝通和改善組織內部服務品質流程,來改善員工的滿意度認知差距,本研究主要目的在探討海巡機關人員之組織變革認知、機關內部服務品質、員工工作的滿意度間之相互關係,以提供組織變革成功的可行性參考。
