    Abstract: 將古典樣式辨識方法推廣到實驗的時間數列資料在實務上是個有趣的研究問題。樣式辨識在工程上一重要的應用就是用來區別不同聲音的樣式。在工程文獻中,大部分的方法都假設時間數列是一個服從高斯分配的訊號加雜訊的模式,然後再發展出使錯誤最小的區別法則。通常這些方法都需要假設訊號波型及頻譜為已知,因此才能計算觀察的時間數列的區別函數。在本研究中,假設兩個人說中文字”芝麻開門”的頻譜為未知。由樣本頻譜估計未知頻譜,再利用樣本頻譜的抽樣分配來建立未知頻譜的信賴區間及做假設檢定。最後採用由頻域近似所得的區別函數去辨識兩個人說中
