    Abstract: 企業社會責任評鑑系統在國際間目前主要有九種運用方式最廣泛，然其評鑑指標繁複，使得進行評鑑時產生困難度，因此本研究採較具公信力之ISO14000、ISO26000、SA8000、GRI等四種，利用文獻探討法進行分析。最後提出具客觀性及公平公正之重要參考指標。
    本研究結果除可協助企業更清楚企業社會責任的評鑑系統，亦可供國內相關單位制定制度及學術研究之參考。
