Abstract:	智慧型計程車為商用運輸系統智慧化(ITS/CVO)範疇之一，國內已進入智慧型計程車商業運轉階段，經過多年參與智慧型計程車系統研究與建置過程中發現，由於現行大部份智慧型計程車系統是以利用文字訊息與駕駛溝通，當行進間車上單元接收訊息時，易造成駕駛因閱讀訊息而分心，易造成行車事故，且文字訊息無法清楚溝通。因此，本研究利用Push-to-talk over Cellular技術作為智慧型計程車通訊系統，利用語音轉化為封包方式，將中心人員播報之語音訊息傳至車上單元供駕駛聆聽，可以降低駕駛分心，避免事故發生。由於P
