    Abstract: 在全球競爭下，無論是傳統產業到高科技產業，在所有商業活動裡，物流業
    都扮演著非常重要的角色。企業為了生存與發展，需提昇本身競爭力與尋找競爭
    優勢，故對於物流專業人才之需求也更加提升。因此如何培養與訓練物流業專業
    人才的重要性並相對提高，但目前我國針對物流業尚未有一明確定義與職能基
    準，無法讓人才供需兩端對產業所需人才規格有一樣的參考依據，協助學校、培
    訓機構及企業，能以相近的標準培育及選用人才，使人才能充分為產業所用。本
    研究透過文獻彙整與次級資料蒐集、整理及分析探討後，依據我國物流業之需
    求，提出我國物
