    Abstract: 隨著物流產業國際化與經濟環境的變遷，臺灣物流產業的劇烈變化，故學校、公協
    會與技職培訓單位面臨的主要課題為其所培育之人才與企業專業需求與人數間之落
    差，因此產生人力資源問題。有鑑於此本研究主要透過蒐集近五年來物流人才相關次級
    資料，並且分別針對物流人才需求、供給、教育等三方面作分析，發現國內物流人才需
    求仍有人才缺口。同時召開產、官、學、研專家座談會檢視研究成果，獲得更清楚的結
    論並建議後續研究，應擴大調查全國物流與非物流相關業者對物流人才實際之需求，以
    期更能符合產業現況。
