    Abstract: 台灣的企業結構長期以來,以『外銷』作為主要的經濟發展模式,但在內需市場過小的壓力下,若不開拓國際市場,則難以維持企業的經濟規模;而近年來,台灣的產業更面臨了微利化、國際化及知識化的挑戰,企業在製造方面的附加價值已經快速的降低,故必須朝微笑曲線的研發與品牌兩端發展才能突破困境,因此,發展國際品牌已不再侷限於高科技產業,甚至於傳統產業裡也有許多強力推展國際品牌的企業,如:巨大(Giant)、正新輪胎(Mexxis)、康師傅(Master Kong)、喬山(Johnson)等,以目前的趨勢來看,惟有成功自創品牌
