    Abstract: 隨著網際網路快速的發展與普遍，網路除了圖文之外，近幾年結合聲音、影像等，逐漸地成為網路使用的主軸，而網路教學也成為學習的管道之一。網路教學已成為各大專院校的必要條件，也逐漸成為未來趨勢，學習上更有彈性。因此，本研究探討如何提升大專院校教師對於網路教學使用意願。透過DEMATEL之研究方法分析各準則之間的影響程度，結果顯示在準則分析時，行列差(D-R)時，「a3網路教學有意義」之數值為最高，代表當教師在進行網路教學時，發現網路教學對學生在學習上有正面的幫助，進而提升教師使用網路教學的意願；行列和(D+R)時
