Abstract:	知識是重要的資產，可以幫助個人或組織解決所面臨的問題。透過社群組織成員間的互動與交流有助於知識存量的累積，此即知識流通之概念。隨著資訊科技及網路的普及，線上使用者基於共同的興趣、目的或喜好組成虛擬社群，透過虛擬空間進行大量溝通、討論、經驗分享及情感的交流，資訊流通與知識分享已不再只侷限於過去面對面的溝通方式。此外，由於網路即時及匿名的特性，資訊更快速的擴散且人們更勇於表達個人的看法。因此，本研究欲探討虛擬社群中社群成員知識享分享的行為。社會資本的槓桿運用有助於為組織創造價值，藉由社會關係的建立減少蒐集資 Knowledge, in comparison to traditional methods of communication, can be shared more frequently and the information posted on a community can spread quickly because of the near-instantaneous nature of Internet communication.
