Abstract:	記憶體模組商品牌，係指由專業模組廠商採購記憶體顆粒，並在記憶體顆粒上雷射模組廠商之品牌，所製造之記憶體模組。隨著電腦應用層面更廣，帶動記憶體模組的需求量逐年成長。記憶體模組商因單純製程、生產規模具彈性及流通性佳等特性，因此吸引許多品牌模組廠商投入競逐此一市場。由於進入障礙低，易受到景氣波動的影響，在2008年金融海嘯影響下，價格大幅度滑落的同時，大部分的模組廠商都面臨大幅度的虧損。憑藉正確地策略操作的公司，才能在微利時代永續發展，A公司即是例子。本研究以A公司為研究主體，研究目的係在探討記憶體模
