Abstract:	本研究旨在建構一套通用於衡量各行動通信業者所架設之基地台效益標準評估模式，應用DEA 探討行動通信業架設基地台成本無效率問題。所得研究成果有助於了解行動通信基地台之運轉效率，並可提供決策者參考無效率基地台應如何降低投入成本或增加話務量，以達基地台高使用率的目標。同時，所得之效率值，更可做為決策者在解決通訊涵蓋時調度設備的評估依據及同業競合互換架設場地成本計算基礎。
