    Abstract: 揀貨作業為物流中心內最主要的作業活動,也
    是物流中心成本的主要來源,因此有效的改善物流
    中心內部揀貨作業的效率,將有助於提升物流中心
    的服務品質及降低營運成本。本研究透過應用粒子
    群最佳化演算法(Particle Swarm Optimization ;
    PSO) , 發展出一啟發式演算法( 稱為PSO
    Batching-Method;簡稱PSOBM)進行訂單批次的規
    劃,並與過去學者之研究結果進行比較,經模擬驗
    證,發現PSO 雖須花費較多之CPU 運算時間,但
    其所求得之解確實有較佳的績效,進而可提升
