    Abstract: 由於社會變遷快速,學校在教育改革後日趨多元化、民主化、專業化和複雜化,使得老師們面對來自社會、學校、家長、學生、自我等等層面的不同要求,無形中使自己的工作壓力日益增加大。過往研究指出教師工作壓力顯著負向影響個人教學效能,並會影響教師的心智思考及解決問題之能力,甚至直接影響教育素質和學生利益。因此當壓力形成時,適切的因應策略有助於減緩壓力,錯誤的反抗壓力思維,反而會造成更嚴重的負向影響,因此教師工作壓力是相當值得探討的議題。
