    Abstract: 企業最重要的資產是員工,為了了解員工能長期為企業效命及忠誠度,並提昇其工作績效及工作投入的用心及對組織承諾,惟國內外學者研究普皆顯示,企業興衰與最高領導者的人格特質、領導型態具有正向關係,且直接影響該企業的員工工作績效、工作投入。
