Abstract:	中國從70年代末期開始實施改革開放政策，啟動了中國經濟從計畫體制向市場體制的轉型，改革開放的中國資本市場，與台灣時空背景完全不同，雖然同為華人社會，文字、語言、習慣亦有相當大的差異。加上2008年以前實質上禁止兩岸資本互相投資，兩岸人民對彼此的本市場都極為陌生，直到2009年簽立兩岸金融合作監理瞭解備忘錄（MOU），開始了金融市場的交流與學習，一般相信，資本市場利基將開始出現，並帶給人民在經濟上的無限憧憬。本研究利用個案券商次級資料與訪談，分析兩岸行銷策略與經營績效，期望藉由證券經紀業務的比較，了解兩岸
