    Abstract: 現今半導體的製程日趨複雜,在高建構成本及需求不穩定下,為了增加市場上的競爭優勢,雙子星晶圓廠之建構模式已成為一種趨勢。本研究主要是針對雙子星晶圓廠環境提出一套有效的即時產能支援管控模式。此模式將透過在製品門檻值與在製品差異門檻值兩項參數之設定對生產系統進行管控。而在製品門檻值之制定概念以保護性產能為主,主要是為了避免過多的搬運導致機台挨餓情況之發生;至於在製品差異門檻值的部分,則是利用等候理論概念訂立,其目的是減少無效搬運之產生。此模式的建構將可提供給晶圓廠管理者在進行產能支援決策時有所參考依據,製訂出更
