Abstract:	預約系統的準確度是醫療服務品質的重要因素之一。然而，由於病患的多元化與診斷的不確定性使得就診預約系統排程的準確度難以改善。雖然有許多學者致力於排程方法的研究，仍不見有重大的進展。因此，常造成病患在醫院長時間的等候。一般而言，排程的不準確來至於系統的不確定性，因此本研究希望藉由虛擬病患的插入來提升預約系統排程的準確度。至於虛擬病患該如何插入則與問診時間的變異有關。所以本研究藉由模擬系統來構建出虛擬病患數目與問診時間變異的關係。本研究中預約系統的排程將採用一般簡單的確定性排程，同時，也構建一個眼科診所的模擬系 The accuracy of outpatient appointment system is one of most important factors of the service quality of hospital.
