Abstract:	由於大量客製化的趨勢發展，使得產品結構不可能是固定或不變的，在實務上為了要符合客戶的期望，企業普遍會採用替代用料政策，然而物料替代管理目標是多元且相互衝突的，所以，對於替代料相關決策之訂定，需在企業整體目標之前提下，找出影響替代績效之關鍵因素並進行系統化的評估。本研究利用分析網路程序法(ANP)建構多重目標下之物料替代評估模式，透過不同公司之專家問卷建立替代料管理之評估模式，最後，將前述之替代料管理模式套用於個案公司中。研究顯示，不論是個案公司或不同公司之問卷結果，均顯示替代料使用時機之考慮因素以產品品質 Owing to the trend of mass customization, it’s impossible to fix the variation of product structure.
