    Abstract: 由於其概念可以減少建廠時基本設施的成本以及提高生產上的靈活性,雙子晶圓廠的概念在晶圓製造產業過去的十年以來已廣泛被接受,。在此環境架構下,兩廠之產能可很容易透過不同的產能支援策略而有效的改善與提升。然而缺少一套完整的產能支援控制策略,反而會造成兩廠產能績效明顯下降。本研究的目的希望藉由模擬模型的建構以及實驗設計的應用,找出雙子星廠產能支援決策模式中之影響因子。此研究的雙子星廠產能支援情況分為短暫性與永久性產能缺口兩種,而考量的影響因子分別有在製品門檻值、在製品差異門檻值與機台的穩定度。實驗的結果,可以使管
