Abstract:	近來由於科技演進的速度加快以及市場需求不確定性越來越高，產能擴充策略的制訂也越來越複雜。每當有新的制程技術或新產品問世時，管理者就必須針對如何使企業合於時代潮流的問題做出困難的決策。然而，在未來需求不確定的情況下，導入新制程技術或新世代產品，將會是一項具有高度風險的投資決策。本研究提出一套在技術演進及需求不確定影響下之產能擴充策略決策方法，以技術演進藍圖建立產能擴充成本時間函數，並且分析未來新世代新產可能需要之制程技術；再依據各規劃時點之生產計畫進行產能規劃，求出在滿足生產計畫前提下之最小成本產能組態，藉 Capacity expansion is a complex process of adding new equipment of similar types to meet future demand.
