    Abstract: 隨著時代的變遷,教師地位日益低落,但家長對教師的期盼與要求卻日益增多。一般社會大眾對國民小學教師有著不能表達負面情緒的刻板印象,久而久之,教師的情緒自然而然的就被壓抑與忽視了。這種工作者在組織要求下,必須控制自身行為以及展現合宜的情緒,即稱為情務勞務。以往在評估情務勞務之問卷多採用李克特量表(Likert Scale),但人的感受是無法予以切割,尺度方式無法表達出人類思維模式與感受的模糊性及不確定性;而區間語意變數能使受測者易於表態,在任兩相鄰語意變數之間作表達會較一數值更貼近人類思維模式與感受的特質。是
