    Abstract: 隨著資通訊科技的快速進步,網路的運用已融入人們的生活中,教育也深受影響。
    網路學習使得教育得以不受時間及空間之限制,可以發生在任何地方。然而偏遠地區因
    為接觸資通訊科技機會的不同,導致數位落差,並形成學習落差。如何縮減城鄉數位落
    差、推動數位學習,是一個重要課題。教育部推動的「數位學伴線上課業輔導服務計畫」
    即運用網路同步即時互動系統,讓偏遠地區的中小學學生與遠端的大學課輔教師進行一
    對一的線上即時同步教學,希望能藉此縮減城鄉學習差距,促成學習機會均等,並期望
    達到提升偏遠地區國民中小學學生之學生學習成效
