    Abstract: 隨著資通訊科技的快速進步，網路的運用已融入人們的生活中，教育也深受影響。
    網路學習使得教育得以不受時間及空間之限制，可以發生在任何地方。然而偏遠地區因
    為接觸資通訊科技機會的不同，導致數位落差，並形成學習落差。如何縮減城鄉數位落
    差、推動數位學習，是一個重要課題。教育部推動的「數位學伴線上課業輔導服務計畫」
    即運用網路同步即時互動系統，讓偏遠地區的中小學學生與遠端的大學課輔教師進行一
    對一的線上即時同步教學，希望能藉此縮減城鄉學習差距，促成學習機會均等，並期望
    達到提升偏遠地區國民中小學學生之學生學習成效
    Along with the development of information and communication technology, the uses of
    the internet have been integrated into people's lives. Education has also been affected. By
