| 摘要: | 本研究方法是利用Kano二維模式與重要績效缺口分析(IPGA)來進行分析，確認提升學校知識管理品質之關鍵項目。從Kano二維知識管理品質的屬性歸類上，研究發現36個知識管理品質項目中，有7項為基礎因子，29項為績效因子。整體而言，學校知識管理有18項屬於應「加強改善」的項目。由於改善順序是先改善基礎因子，其次才是績效因子。在7項基礎因子中，最優先改善的6項因子，順序如下：本校設有校園網路系統來流通校內各處室的資料或訊息、學校設有學習資訊網站，提供教職員工使用、本校同仁會主動儲存各項活動資料或教學成果、學校
