Abstract:	近年來，各國無不揭力地將環保的要求放在其國家或區域環保政策中，其中最具深遠影響且最迫切的即是歐盟所制定的RoHs及WEEE指令。而進行綠色供應鏈管理並有效推動，已是企業目前應變之首戰。如何有效進行綠色供應鏈管理的資源分配，與掌握強化綠色供應鏈管理的優先順序，其影響不可小覷。甚或考量競爭者現況以調整公司對綠色供應鏈的管理決策，則對管理實務的精進有更進一步貢獻。故，本研究嘗試以IPA與SIPA進行綠色供應鏈管理之實務探討，本研究視各實務因素的績效與綠色供應鏈總體績效為線性關係，嘗試運用迴歸分析取得各實務因素之 All nations are dedicated to meet the environmentally friendly standard in its national or regional environmental policy in recent years.
