    Abstract: 由於產業結構轉變及消費意識抬頭,服務品質、知覺價值、DM廣告、顧客滿意度已成為現代企業經營管理的重點課題之一。近年來,百貨業競爭激烈,各企業更加重視服務品質的再提升,因此,以「顧客導向」的經營理念,已是企業組織檢討改進提昇獲利績效的重要方向。
    本研究是利用問卷調查的方式,以中部某百貨公司為研究範圍,並以其消費顧客為研究對象,共發出383份問卷,最後回收有效問卷341份。主要目的是從顧客接受服務後的滿意度,探討服務品質、知覺價值、DM廣告與顧客滿意度之間的關係,並將其規劃成綜合研究架構。
