    Abstract: 醫療機構所提供的服務是攸關民眾生命的醫療服務,其提供的服務過程必須考量到
    人的身心部分,於是掌握了顧客的行為意向,瞭解顧客的需求是醫療產業永續經營的重
    要原則。而品牌是消費者所持有的意念想像,服務品質又是消費者所期待的本質。本研
    究歸納學者之學術研究,探討國軍醫院的品牌形象及醫療服務品質與就醫人行為意向三
    者之間的關聯性。研究以在新竹地區部隊的國軍官兵其就診過之病患為對象進行施測,
    共發出300 份問卷,有效問卷回收294 份,有效回收率達98%。經由相關的係數統計分
    析,研究結果發現醫院的品牌形象及醫療
