Abstract:	國小階段是兒童快速成長的重要階段，因此學校午餐在學童成長發育的黃金階段中扮演著非常重要的角色。彰化縣於98年2月11起實施國中小午餐免費政策，每年皆支出龐大的經費，然而學童對午餐供應的品質滿意與否為一大議題。本研究旨在瞭解彰化縣國民小學公辦公營午餐之重視度與滿意度相關情形，以重要性-表現程度分析法對彰化縣國民小學公辦公營午餐學校學童進行問卷調查，採用Excel套裝軟體與SPSS電腦統計軟體進行相關資料分析與驗證。研究顯示學童對午餐重視度與滿意度之間大都有顯著差異，且重視度大都大於滿意度，表示「午餐服務品質 Elementary stage is an important stage in the rapid growth of children, therefore school lunch is plays an importance role in the stage of student growth and development of gold.
