    Abstract: 面對日益提昇的失業率,公立尌業服務站必頇面對高標民意檢視。本研究結合「Kano效益改善之服務品質」及「IPA優先改善之服務品質」,瞭解公立尌業服務站服務品質之優勢所在及關鍵服務品質。本研究發現,若僅是提供基礎服務或硬體設施,容易被顧客視為理所當然,若服務人員對不同的顧客能給予不同的關懷、能準時提供所承諾的服務,對求職者相形具有吸引力,此二點成為關鍵服務品質。
