Abstract:	組織在創造價值的過程中，因資源有限及人類自利的天性，造成個人自我利益的競逐，堆積資源來創造出更多的權力與影響力，組織中的政治行為乃孕育而生。本研究旨在分析國小教師組織政治知覺與組織公民行為之關係。本研究採用問卷方式，以臺中縣海線地區國小教師為研究對象，採分層抽樣法，共發出500份問卷，回收有效問卷455份。本研究結果發現以下幾點結論：組織政治知覺與認同組織有完全的負相關；組織政治知覺與主動助人無顯著相關；以及組織政治知覺與自我要求有完全的正相關。
