Abstract:	本研究利用準實驗研究法，以台中市某國小二年級兩班學生為實驗組與對照組作為研究對象，分析低年級學生的金錢價值觀、理性的消費態度及儲蓄習慣。實驗組二十八人，接受每週兩次，每次四十分鐘，共計八週，十六節課的理財教育概念課程。對照組二十七人，接受一般二年級課程，並沒有特別的理財教育概念學習。本研究從文獻探討整理，設計出適合低年級實施的理財教育概念課程，並以「國小低年級學生理財教育概念學習活動量表」為研究工具，進行前、後測，所得資料以t檢定進行統計分析，驗證學習活動成效。結果顯示，在低年級實施理財教育課程是可
