    Abstract: 本文主要的目的在於探討台灣發光二極體(LED)產業下游廠商之經營發展及市場集中度分析，研究中將以SWOT模式進行該產業之經營發展分析，並以最大四大廠商集中率(Four-firm concentration ratio, CR4)與賀氏指標(Herfindah1-Hirschman Index, HHI)作為衡量市場集中度之指標，以探討發光二極體(LED)產業的市場結構。
    研究結果發現如下:(1)台灣發光二極體(LED)產業之下游廠商，由市場集中度指標計算得知，在前四大廠商市場集中率(CR4)超過8
