    Abstract: 台灣半導體產業的現況及發展特色,目前乃是由IC設計、晶圓代工、封裝與測試所形成水平分工的完整價值鏈。晶圓代工所帶動的群聚效應,影響最明顯的就是IC設計業的興起,而IC設計工程師所扮演的角色,顯然是非常重要,其人員的流動,將隨時改變其公司的競爭力及生存。所以本研究的目的在探討IC設計工程師其工作特性對工作滿足與組織承諾關聯性。
    本研究在理論探討部分,採用文獻分析法,而在本研究的實證部分,則採用問卷調查法,並以竹科某領導廠商之設計服務單位的IC設計工程師為研究對象為主,共計回收85名有效樣本,經由T檢定、單因
