    Abstract: 本文主要以「月眉觀光糖廠」為探討對象，期望探討月眉觀光糖廠經由透過空間規劃與場域動線規劃引導、糖業文化園區深度導覽解說、體驗歷史古建築的文化知性之旅、與在地其他產業做連結、策略聯盟、等等，進而能讓企業得以永續經營。同時希望藉由探討相關之文獻資料，以了解企業如何轉型，進而配合SWOT分析TOWS矩陣配對分析，找出企業創造價值與經驗的綜合分析，開創產業轉型的營運模式，提供給予未來想要轉型的產業做為參考之用。
