Abstract:	雜糧具有營養豐富、藥食兼用、安全衛生等特點，營養價值高，是現代保健食物源。隨著人們生活水準的提高，國內對優質雜糧的需求正在增長，雜糧的藥食兼用功能也迎合廣大消費者的健康需要，雜糧的國內外市場需求將會不斷增加，雜糧產業必將迎來新的發展契機。本文的研究方法以文獻分析、深度訪談法，針對國內較具代表性的雜糧小包裝領導品牌做為研究主軸，藉由內外部環境分析優勢劣勢機會威脅，發展出SWOT分析，再進行Ansoff 成長矩陣與建議。探討該企業如何結合內部資源及策略運用，以創造競爭優勢而持續站穩龍頭地位，希望這研 Grain crops possesses nutrition abundant, Medicine eat and use, Safety sanitation wait for feature, Nutritional value high, Is modern health care food source.
