    Abstract: 本研究探討台灣太陽能產業面對全球競爭環境，分析太陽能業者在原料供應、投資選擇、營運策略、供應鏈策略與市場布局各方面之策略選擇與考量，根據理論基礎與文獻對太陽能產業現況進行系統性研究廠商採取策略，探索台灣太陽能廠商的優勢。依據Michael porter的鑽石模型與外部環境PEST分析基礎，綜合文獻整理規劃太陽能產業關鍵成功因素之架構，運用層級分析方法解釋台灣應如何整合現有利基建立太陽能產業全球優勢，使台灣綠色科技產業具獨特性。
