    Abstract: 隨著我國經濟的不斷發展,人民生活水準和品質不斷提高,膳食結構發生變化,稻米和麵粉等消費已不能滿足人們的消費需求,人們對綠色食品、保健食品、稀有精品越來越青睞。雜糧以其特有的營養、保健、綠色的特性,將會被越來越多的人所認識,近幾年,媒體對五穀雜糧類食品的廣泛宣傳,帶動了五穀雜糧產業的發展。雜糧產業因為進入障礙門檻低,屬於高度競爭的產業,經營獲利原本就有限,加上國際原物料急漲急跌之影響,面對上游的原料供應掌握度逐漸下滑,且因消費者對食品價格敏感度提高,成本轉嫁愈形不易。又因下游通路的貨架有限,通路間競爭劇烈使
