Abstract:	近年來陶瓷相關產業市場日趨競爭、產業結構的轉移以及消費者需求的改變等影響，造成公司利潤持續降低，若能找出陶瓷製釉公司經營績效不佳的原因，進一步針對缺失作改善，相信對於公司的營運表現大有幫助。本研究運用資料包絡法(DEA)分析數家陶瓷製釉分公司的經營績效，本研究最主要的結論，在效率分析及差額變數分析證實，受評估缺乏效率的分公司產品類別之規模報酬呈現遞減者，其資源使用上確有不適合的現象，其規模報酬就相對的減少，所以就此種狀態，應降低產品之銷售比例及產品成長率，或提高產品良品率及產品毛利率，以提升總體 Recent years, the competitions of GLAZE Ceramic firms has been getting serious competition, because of firms’ transfer, the change of consumer behaviors, and revenue reducing.
