    Abstract: 中華電信的主要業務為固定通信、行動通信、網際網路以及國際通信。除行動電話外，其它事業均維持獨占的局面，歷年收入相對穩定，在各項財務指標中均優於同業。本研究主要從產業面、財務面來了解中華電信的狀況。
    研究中採用類似公司比較法及折現法來估計中華電信的價值，類似公司比較法中將本益比、股價淨值比、股價銷貨收入比與遠傳電信及台灣大哥大比較，發現各項比值稍低於同業。以折現法而言，EVA評價模式推估的股價為128.2元，自由現金流量折現法推估股價為125.6元，與類似公司比較法同樣支持目前股價偏低，未來應有小幅
