Abstract:	本研究以CR4、HHI、鑽石模型、SWOT、專家訪談、個案研究..等方法，進行台灣IC設計產業現況及未來趨勢之探討。研究發現：(1)台灣IC設計產業，屬於中高度集中市場，且有上升趨勢。(2)台灣IC設計產業未來發展以高階、微型、智慧、多功能、綠色科技、3D..等為趨勢。(3)造成IC設計公司重大虧損主因為投資失利及專利侵權訴訟。
