    Abstract: 本論文主要在研究公司績效與資本結構之間的關係有何變化。公司績效的提昇往往需要有些助力，例如增加資本支出等。增加資本支出的資金源自於自有資金、舉債或增資。本研究以國內上市公司資料為主，測試公司績效與資本結構的關係，結果發現公司績效與資本結構具一定的關係。再將資料以產業別細分發現，不同產業在公司績效與資本結構間有不同的關連存在。
