| Abstract: | 科技發展迅速，產品汰舊換新率與日劇增，產品之產出速度與品質益更加重要，除了工廠內部之相關生產與管控外，外在之因素亦佔重要環節，其中最直接影響產品之原物料最為關鍵，因此供應商之評選會直接牽動整體之產出。本研究以LED封裝測試廠為例， LED封測產品種類多樣，因此原物料之種類亦相對眾多，其中Dice之良莠對產品之影響最為關鍵，因此本研究針對Dice之供應商進行績效評估，而評估績效的方法則是使用資料包絡分析法（DEA）中之CCR模式與BCC模式，以較客觀與數值化之方法，評選出最合適之供應商。
