近年來全球氣候變化多端，二氧化碳的排放造
成暖化現象愈來愈深不可測，使得環保意識逐漸抬
頭，綠能產業現在被頗受到重視。臺灣本身缺乏自
然資源，因此能源都是依賴進口，這樣的長期依賴，
使得經濟體系會容易因為外界的影響而受到動盪。
能源漸漸的枯竭將是未來發展的最大阻礙，可以見
得開發綠能產業勢在必得，做到減少主要的能源消
費和減碳的效果。
