    Abstract: 國內家電製造產業向來以內銷市場為主,外銷市場僅占三成左右,而廠商在產品設計及關鍵技術研發人力不足,主要技術與重要關鍵零組件仍多仰賴進口,且廠商生產規模小,較難達到規模經濟,在產品上因而受到一些限制,削弱國內家電產業之國際競爭力。全球化與自由化為現代企業經營發展之重要趨勢,自台灣加入WTO後,國內家電市場逐漸開放,韓國等進口家電更以量制價大舉進入國內家電市場;另一方面,由於產品的製造技術成熟、且市場逐漸飽和,在開發中國家如中國大陸、東南亞國家等憑藉便宜的工資與廣大市場,吸引各國家電大廠前往投資,使其家電產業
